Warren Kenneth Paxton Jr. is an American lawyer and Republican politician who has served as the 51st Attorney General of Texas since January 2015. He previously served in the Texas State Senate and the Texas House of Representatives. He earned a B.A. in psychology and an M.B.A. from Baylor University and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. He is married to Angela Paxton, a Texas state senator, and they have four children.

Wesley Parish Hunt is a Republican U.S. Representative for Texas’s 38th congressional district, serving since January 3, 2023. A U.S. Army veteran, he served as an AH-64 Apache helicopter pilot with a combat deployment to Iraq and additional deployments to Saudi Arabia, leaving the Army as a captain. He graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and later earned graduate degrees at Cornell University. He is married to Emily Hunt and they have three children.
