He is a West Texas businessman and managing partner/co-founder of Combest, Sell & Associates in Lubbock, with prior experience working on federal farm policy, including service for Rep. Larry Combest and work connected to the House Agriculture Committee. He is a Texas Tech University graduate and earned a law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law.
