Julie Elizabeth Johnson is a U.S. Representative from Texas’s 32nd Congressional District, first sworn in on January 3, 2025. A Democrat and attorney, she previously served in the Texas House of Representatives (2019–2025). She earned a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. She is married to Susan Moster and has two children.
